Tune of the week #26

You have to listen to Malajube's Pâte filo, the quirky lyrics and powerful guitar strings are delightful! The Canadian quintet sings in French, a language which I hate, so I was surprised I liked the song. Read the lyrics to understand why I said they're quirky... They were translated by an online friend.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

To control my shamelessness
I've covered my heart with a phyllo pastry
that protects me from you and your libido

To control my protective coating
I apply nitroglycerine over the phyllo pastry
and bow down before you and your libido

To control my sensibility
I've covered my heart with a phyllo pastry
that protects me from you and your libido

To control my sexuality
I've put nitroglycerine on the phyllo pastry
and bow down before you and your libido.

From the album Trompe-l'œil
